This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Ventum Logistics as the data controller within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ('KVKK'). It aims to inform you about the principles and procedures regarding the processing of your personal data.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

- Fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations,
- Conducting communication activities and notifications,

Identity (name, surname), contact (phone, e-mail), company information and data relating to the content of your request are processed.

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers and legally authorised public institutions, solely for the purposes stated above and within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
5. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected through forms on our website, e-mail, telephone and similar channels, based on the legal grounds of establishment of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion within legal conditions, and to object to a result that arises against you as a result of analysis solely by automated systems.
